Solid and Engineered Hardwood Products
Inspections provide the moisture content readings of the wood floor and the wooden substrate it is installed over. Information is also gathered on relative humidity and interior temperature. The nailing patterns are examined to determine if your floor was properly nailed, has adequate expansion space on all vertical surfaces, and if your flooring was properly acclimated before installation. We inspect for gaps, swelling, water damage, board movement, noises, buckling, delamination, unevenness, splintered edges, cupping, splits, and scratches, as well as noting the overall conditions of your hardwood floor.
